Do you know
what hormones are?
I know you probably think you do,
but I'd be willing to bet you have absolutely zero clue about what they
really are. Let alone, what they really do.
Hormones
are chemical substances. Not much different than what you
used to mix together in high school chemistry class.
Each
type of hormones has it's own specific properties.
You
know how some chemicals, when mixed, are highly explosive?
Well hormones respond much the same way... only inside of
your body!
There are some hormones that trigger
fatigue. That's all fatigue really is, just a chemical
reaction in your body. There are some hormones that trigger
joy, that's all that joy really is, just a chemical reaction in your
body. And there are some hormones that trigger fat, that's
all
that fat really is, just a chemical reaction in your body.
Now
get this...
There are even some hormones that
trigger the dissolving of fat!
If you are trying to
get thin, this is the type you are interested in.
Wouldn't
it be nice to know how to trigger these special "fat dissolving"
hormones? You are damn straight it would! Then you
could get thin.
I will show you how.
Actually,
there are two ways that I know of. For the sake of this
article, I'll explain the first. It only requires 2, 4 hour
time slots each week. Best part is, it is completely free.
And
if you haven't guessed it by now, I am referring to long distance
walking.
Let me explain...
As you
walk at a steady pace
blood circulates through your body. It has a rhythm.
A harmony as it circulates. Well, the longer you
walk the more that rhythm begins to permeate through your veins and
into your cells.
Your body
begins to draw in more and more oxygen and you begin to get into more
and more of a rhythm.
Now, as this is happening
something pretty amazing begins to occur...
Your
body
begins to release special hormones. It's almost as if they
are summoned forth by the harmony that's vibrating in your cells.
Just like a genie when you rub the lamp.
Sounds
like science fiction I know, but I assure you that science has
documented this well.
Here's the amazing thing...
The longer you walk, the more these hormones are summoned forth until
your blood stream is literally flooded
with them.
Now get this...
These
aren't just any kind of hormones, these
are the "special" kind. The kind that dissolve fat!
And as they circulate through your blood stream the longer
you walk, the #1
place they begin to stop and congregate is at those problem fat areas.
Your stomach.
Your butt. You hips. Your thighs.
And
when they arrive, these hormones combine with the "fatty cells" and
it's a match made in heaven. (Remember chemistry class?
How
certain chemicals bubble and dissolve when combined with others?).
Well, when those good fat dissolving hormones mix with your
fatty
cell
deposits, the mixture is such that the fat actually begins to break up.
It literally dissolves!!
That's just
one of the amazing benefits of long distance walking. There
are many many more.
In fact, according to a 10 year
study conducted at the University of Pittsburgh (A pioneer in such
research), the further
people walk, the greater their brain volume seems to increase!
That was one of the most amazing benefits to me, but there
are many more.
So why don't most people
experience this fat dissolving?
That's easy, most people never walk
that long. I mean, when was the last time you waked for 4
hours straight? You just put on your walking shoes and went
for
it?
You see the dilemma here?
It's
very time consuming. Powerful, but time consuming.
However, if you are one who has the time,
then long distance walking has my seal of approval and can really help
you burn some serious fat!

is amazing how walking like this works!
The
smallest i have ever been in my life was when i was walking many miles
( up to ten) nearly everyday. it is amazing how this works, however it
can be difficult to fit into a regular schedule when you work and have
kids. also if you can find someone to walk with and talk it can
actually be fun. this is great advise and lots of people should really
try it. im just very glad to see it actually talked about somewhere.

P.S.
Remember how I said there were two ways to trigger these fat
dissolving hormones?
Well the other way is not
nearly as time consuming. In fact, you don't even need much
exercise. If any. There is one draw-back though...
it will cost you money. But if you got a little spare cash
laying around, it is quite frankly the simplest way I have ever found
to trigger the dissolving of fat. Works in about 7 days flat!
