As I read the article the author claimed that most everything that is being taught in the world of weight loss is completely false.  That dieting, calorie restriction, pills and medications do not work in the long run because they violate the primary law of losing weight...

you desire will show up on the outside."


In other words...

...these methods failed to produce desirable results because they robbed your body of the vital nutrition it needs to lose weight.

Although you may be able to lose some pounds using diets and other methods, you can't use them forever.
