Jason here.
This
is a continuation of yesterday's secret called "Long Distance Walking,
Released Hormones and Dissolving Fat". In todays lesson I'll
show you the other way to cause these fat dissolving hormones to be
released.

It's a funny thing, but people
only see what

Your hormonal activity has become unbalanced. (I will show

menopause, but I assure you that regardless of your age or sex, it

Way #2 -
Somebody put you to sleep, slit your skin open, and placed
the fat in those locations! As crazy and foolish as it
sounds, people do this every singe day. They are called
"breast implants".
I suspect that number
two is not the case for you... so we shall focus on the first one.
What
most people have been led to believe is that you open
your mouth, put food in, swallow the food, and it just goes "smack dab"
directly to that pain in the ass spot below your belly button.
I
can tell
you with 100 Percent certainty that this is NOT how it works.
Here's
what really happens...
Over the course of years the
heavily refined food most of us eat
begins to shift our body's natural hormonal balance. Now, as
I
mentioned in yesterday's article about long
distance walking, hormones
are nothing more than chemicals in your body.
Mix
em, and you get reactions. Just like in high school chemistry
class.
Now, as you eat that altered food over the
years it literally begins to become part of you. Your body
begins to fill up with toxins. Older people generally have
more of them.
Here's the bad news...
These
toxins give off a continuous supply of "abnormal" chemical reactions in
your body. It's absolutely amazing the types of chemicals
that have been found in body fat!
They have actually
run studies on this stuff and found that human body fat... yes, the
stuff right below your belly button right now!... contains poisonous
toxins like formaldehyde, chlorine, lead, mercury, animal growth
hormones, pesticides, pharmaceuticals and other drugs that have been
flushed down the toilet.
Listen. If you
have body fat then I guarantee that you have some of these chemicals in
your body and they don't just sit around doing nothing. They
bump into and react with all the other chemicals in your body and give
off toxic "hormone" interrupting pollutants on a daily basis.
This
is how your body, over the years, has literally shifted
from a
natural "balanced" state full of good reactions, to a bombed-out

as I explained in yesterday's article,
